Hello my dear friends, colleagues and connections!
I would like your help with a very small task. BERTEIG is developing a loyalty program for our training and we want to create a badge for the program called "BERTEIG Professional". We have settled on two possibilities, and we would like your feedback with two questions:
- Most importantly, which of these two badges would you be _most_ willing to post on your LinkedIn profile or other social media?
- And secondly, what, if anything, would you change about these badge samples?

5 年Badge A as it's specific to what you actually know. Professional is too general a word to convey what you're trying to show.

5 年I like more to go with B as in may be next 10 years? if you like to diverse your portfolo of Bertieg , it better to be Generic. May be at that time organization start moving again to waterfall :-)

5 年Badge B - to message an open flexible professional practice aligned to allow practitioners grow capability continuously over a practitioner evangelist approach of “Thou must do it this way always” which an HR recruiter/ hiring manager not familiar with Berteig might interpret from a branded RealAgility badge without context. That said perhaps somehow adding something to clarify RealAgility on the badge might quickly get me to flip to A

5 年Badge A, since it specifies RealAgility. A smaller badge would take less space on a profile and is more manageable around text.
