By now everyone may have the idea that this is going to be the era of start-ups leading to the business revolution. These expanding startups do not only exposing the undiscovered part of the corporate world but also target Specific Consumers. It’s nothing more like meeting necessities but exposing & fulfilling necessities. They are directing the world towards fast forward growth. Being highly target-based is more acceptable at the ground level.

And this is all because of the elevation in thinking among people’ for example; We hear the stories of people quitting highly paid jobs to work for themselves. Entrepreneur programs are impacting youngsters at college, institutes. Government Schemes and programs like (PMMY, Startup India, M-SIPS, MGS, NSTEBD, DST, RKVY, etc)?promoting too. Even the government projects fall in the hands of the private Sector like experimenting with IRCTC.

And this is all due to a mindset that is like a seed. A seed that is germinating and pollinating around; producing new seeds. However, it's logical this seed needs proper care to grow however, its growth limit & rate solely depends on its birthplace (mind of an entrepreneur). The one who dares to cultivate this seed can be called a pioneer/Entrepreneur.

It doesn't matter where you are or where you will be? If you are ready to face the challenges to protect, to fulfill the requirements of your seed; you are different. But what is special about it & what makes you look different?

Generally, a company is built with the corporation and role of a CEO (Brain of the company), MD, marketing specialists, business strategists, R&Ds, HR, and employees(Core of the company). Numerous people work in their respective confined positions in contrast an entrepreneur's mind is like a baby, like a seed that grows by performing all these aspects on its own. It is the brain of the company, management pillar, marketing, business strategist, R&D, HR, and employee of itself. With time, it understands the reality of corporations, benefits, and Management, it understands human resources, understands strategies, understands the working environment.

One who is able to manage all these things itself from 0 to 1 surely can also manage from 1 to 100. If not again it can simply again start from 0. An entrepreneur never stops training itself which makes it different. And what if you become an entrepreneur?

?????You are connecting with people making a linking chain

?????You are a teacher/tutor/instructor of yourself

?????You are building personality

?????You are graving rather than acquiring

?????Your mind is full of practical ideas.

?????You are training yourself.

Greater the training, greater the growth of the seed! Like warmer the furnace, shiner the gold!
