Looking for the ease up
As we age I realized that we want that ease up. Why do I still have to work so hard with my strength training program? I should be fit by now. What I have learned is that being healthy and fit is a journey not some end goal. You set your goal be it fat loss, muscle development, greater mobility, looking a particular way. Then what happens after you reached that goal. We STOP! That is when the real work starts. This is an on going journey, there is not finish line with your health and fitness practice. There is no 30 days to a better body. What happens after 30 days? You are fit now, then what? Well the work continues. This is a lifestyle process, not a quick fix and we are done trend. Lifestyle health and fitness is a deeper spiritual practice. This requires community, believing in yourself, a great health and fitness lifestyle coach at your side challenging you to be the best you can be. The work is never done with your health and fitness lifestyle.
