One of the leading groups of company in Bangladesh is currently inviting application for the following position to fulfil its immediate requirements:
Position: Coordination Manager
Vacancy: 1
Job Responsibilities
§ Maintain the office of the Chairman
§ Liaison and maintain communication with business associates, clients, vendors etc.
§ Correspondence with business associates
§ Coordinate between EC and different divisions and departments
§ Keep and maintain schedule of all meetings and appointments of Chairman and arrange those accordingly
§ Preparation of different documents i. e. Proposals, memos, concept papers etc.
§ Special projects as required
Job Nature: Full Time
Educational Qualification: Masters / MBA from any reputed university. “
Experience: Minimum 8 years in where 5 years in similar position
Additional Job Requirements:
· Has track record in dealing with related issues mentioned in Role Clarification
· Strong in written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
· Working experience in a reputed company will be given preference.
· Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, prepare different presentations
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Salary: Negotiable
