The title for this role is Chief People Officer.
The role is an equal partner on our executive team and reports directly to the CEO (me). Though the role has direct responsibility over our Talent organization, the true scope of this role is to maximize the satisfaction, opportunity, and potential of Intelex’s most important asset, our relationships with the people who make us great.
I’m challenged in finding this role and I’d really love your help. I’m sure as you read the above description you’ll think to yourself “well, yeah, of course you’re challenged, you’re looking for a 1 in a million person”. And, yeah, well, that’s true, we are. But we don’t do it empty handed… in return we are offering a 1 in a million opportunity, too.
This search is a challenge. I’ve experienced this challenge first hand during the course of a search that has extended over 12 months. I’m now doing what I probably should have done 12 months ago, turn to you for help.

No questions asked, you won’t even have to remind us, we’ll just send you a check upon completion of the first day of work for the new CPO (we wouldn’t want to make things awkward).
