Looking for the Best Place to Live in New Orleans? I found It--The Very Uncommon 925 Commons!
At the start of my journey to New Orleans 26 months ago, I was looking for a place to sleep the few nights I wasn't deployed on disaster recovery assignments, store my belongings, and have a few friends over from time to time. I found it, at 1421 Chartres, and immensely enjoyed my limited time there. Then things changed, I was in New Orleans much more, "limited" became "permanent", and my cute little place became smaller and smaller. I needed a place not just to stay, but to live, a true residence....a home.
I wanted a place that was a full-fledged residence , one that had a full kitchen, all appliances including washer and dryer, and the square footage that I need for both office and home. I found it, and so a much more, at the very UNCOMMON 925 Commons apartments. Located in the Central Business District, but only one block from the French Quarter, 925 combines the best of ready accessibility to key businesses with convenient access to the heart of the city.
Add to that a great fitness center, 24-hour security, a conference room with a business center, and available 24/7 valet parking, and it became very clear to me that 925 Commons was the place for me. It is the premier address for NOLA professionals, and is truly a value, with lease payments from $1,400 to $2,500 per month depending on the floorplan. I opted for the larger one-bedroom, with almost 1,000 sq. ft., for $1,570. And, though I don't have one (in case I"m jettisoned to a faraway place, which may still happen any day), it's one of the few apartments in the city that is pet-friendly.
Perhaps most exciting is the new wing that will open soon, with newly completed units and a rooftop infinity pool, accessible by all who stay here. To me, it's icing on the cake of a place I already feel completely at home in, thanks to competent and caring management who have gone the extra mile to ensure my complete satisfaction. So, If you're looking for the best place to live in New Orleans, look no further than the Uncommon address....925 Common. Just as I am, you'll be very glad you did!
