Looking back @ a year at WebEngage

This week marks my 1st work anniversary at WebEngage and what a year this has been. One of the best experiences I had in my career. I am sure a proud Engager! ????

I want to thank Avlesh Singh, Ankit Utreja and the WebEngage team, for believing in me, guiding me, and providing endless support. I look forward to the exciting journey ahead! 

I spent a few minutes reflecting on what I had learned or been reminded of this past year.

• Gratitude - For the workplace build on trust, passion and having full control over my work.
• Learning - that was the key goal stepping into this role, the lifelong learning keeps going.
• People - While my professional life always pivots around people, and processes - people always come first :) I continue to be surrounded by some amazing people, who help me become better every day. 

It’s been pretty inspiring at WebEngage and quite a ride both personally and professionally. I found a new mentor for me in Apoorv Sood and my colleagues Deepthi Gopinathan, Aiswarya, Aashna , Tyson ,Vikram and Prishita who are building the HR story.

I know it’s an uncertain time for all of us, so using this opportunity to reiterate support to #linkedin network - if you’re looking for a job/role,
