Looking Back at a Successful 2023

There is nothing like this time of the year. We are in the midst of the holidays, spending time with loved ones, and wrapping up the calendar year. As I look back at 2023, I can’t help but smile. What a year it was! I am so proud of everyone who played a part in a successful 2023 for Signia.

There are so many things that come to mind when I think of what we accomplished as a team in the last year. Maybe none more meaningful than all the patients we helped have better hearing. With help from our partners and the wonderful Hearing Care Professionals we work with, Signia is on track to help 2 million people hear better by 2028!?

Speaking of our valued Hearing Care Professionals, we set the goal to improve our customer support in 2023 and I am so excited to say we have made great strides throughout the year. Based on our post-call surveys, we continue to see a month-over-month improvement with customer satisfaction. We closed out the year with a 99% customer satisfaction rate with our customer chat in November. We were able to accomplish this with additional customer support training and by lowering wait times.????

One of the biggest accomplishments of 2023 for Signia was launching the new Signia Integrated Xperience (IX) hearing aids with RealTime Conversation Enhancement. Group conversations in noise are the biggest unmet need for people with hearing loss, but with Signia IX, we set out to change that in 2023. This is the world's first hearing aid that can identify, enhance, and track the location of multiple conversation partners in real-time, even as they move. We introduced Signia IX in two models – Silk Charge&Go IX and Pure Charge&Go IX.

In 2023, we were also able to enjoy the fruits of our labor with the Americas Manufacturing and Distribution Center (AMDC) that we opened in November 2022. The state-of-the-art, 95,000 square-foot manufacturing facility has helped us centralized all production and distribution across the United States, Canada, and Latin America to best support the long-term business needs of our Hearing Care Professionals and their patients. These are just some of the incredible accomplishments for Signia in 2023. Looking back and reflecting on all that we did just makes me that much more excited for 2024.?
