In my last newsletter, I focused on preparing yourself to be in control of your work annual review, in this article I'll be taking you through the importance of looking back to shape your future.
I’m not a fan of New Year's resolutions but I am a fan of looking back at the past year, analyzing the lessons learnt and setting goals for the new year
Taking time to reflect on the previous year can be a great way to gain insight into our personal growth, successes, and challenges. It can help us identify patterns or behaviors that we may have overlooked or taken for granted.
Reflecting on the past year can also be a great way to set intentions for the upcoming year and make sure that our goals and ambitions align with our values and beliefs. Taking the time to reflect can help us gain clarity and perspective on our lives, allowing us to make more informed decisions and create a better future for ourselves.
Conducting personal annual reviews has brought forth some amazing insights for me:
As a subscriber to the This Woman Can newsletter, I wanted to give you something that could make a meaningful difference in your life – something that is fun, effective and can help you start 2023 positively.
