As we near the end of the year, it’s a natural time to reflect. If you do, how often do you go more than a year back? What if you go a decade into the past instead??
Recently a member of my team resurfaced an old video from 2013: a presentation in which Ben Casnocha and I shared specific career strategies from The Startup of You book, which had just been published the year before.?
It’s a worthwhile experience to transport back that far and assess what still rings true and what requires revision (part of why we published an updated edition of the book). We must always be in permanent beta.?
