Looking Back at 2024!
It has been a year of great progress, growth for Bison Energy Group.
Today, as the year draws to a close, we would like to take a moment to review the year of Bison Energy Group.
?The world has long been talking about the need for decarbonization and renewable energy, but this year has also seen an increased focus on the battery storage business, making it a year of great progress for Bison Energy Group.
In addition to strong partnerships, new partners and affiliates were formed, as well as an increase in employees and a move to new office.
It is only due to the trust and dedicated support of our affiliates, partners, and collaborators to our company that we have been able to ensure that our group has reached its growth milestones.
In the coming year, we will continue to carefully build on our daily initiatives one by one to achieve further growth toward a sustainable society.

1. Bison Energy Australia wins EPCtender for two solar farm projects with Goulburn Valley Water (GVW) through a Victorian Government tender.
2. Bison Energy USA secured its second project in Texas, the "Margay" 100MW/400MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS).
★October
1. Bison Energy Italy team secured four projects, including agriculture solar farm(totally 26MWDC) and Standalone BESS project(50MW/200MWH),which will be started construcion at the end of FY2026.
2. Bison Brothers exhibited at All Energy Australia, Australia's largest renewable energy exhibition, showcasing our Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) to all visitors.
3. Bison Energy Japan has completed construction of two projects, Bison No.69 in Shinjo Ymagata and Bison No.100 located in Nagaoka, Niigata Pref.
4. Bison Energy USA has secured the first stand-alone BESS project “Cardinal” in Texas, the United States.?

1. Bison Energy Australia has sold the construction-ready Carawatha solar farm and Uranquinty solar farm to Clean Peak Energy. Both plants are equivalent to 4.95 ACMW each.
2. Bison Energy Japan relocated its office due to business expansion.
3. Bison Energy Australia has successfully connected Bostock Creek solar power plant.?
4. Bison Energy Romania was awarded new project in Salaju Romania, south of Kamar, expected to be operational at the end of 2026 and to supply 50,000 MWh annually.

Bison Energy Group held Team Huddle offsite event in Bali, Indonesia.
★May
Partner company, Shizen Energy and Google signed a large-scale long-term virtual PPA agreement.? Bison energy Japan and Shizen Energy will supply Google with energy attribute certificates generated by a 20 MW solar power project jointly developed by Bison energy Japan and Shizen.

1. Off-site corporate PPA signed by Shizen Energy and Bourbon.? Bison Energy Japan, and its partner Shizen Energy jointly develop solar power plant and will supply electricity to Bourbon's five factories via Summit Energy, a retail electricity provider.
2. Bison Energy New Zealand was awarded two projects in Norwood and Somerton, South New Zealand. Each of these projects is expected to have a capacity of 30AC and 100 MW AC, respectively.

1. Bison Energy Japan has successfully connected the first off-site PPA project, the Bison 84 project, to grid.
2. Bison Energy Group updated our logo.

1. Bison Brother exhibited at Smart Energy Week in Tokyo.
2. Bison Energy Australia has approached the final stage of connection approval of the large-scale BESS projects in Bairnsdale, Southeast Victoria, Australia.
