As Audiovisual Content Researcher you will report to the Head of Studio. You contribute to the output of audiovisual content, you research and develop the treatment of topics for audiovisual content, you look for angles for news reports, video formats, podcasts,.. you build an extensive network within the bank to catch stories or prepare or rework pitches, scripts and scenarios. You are a creative self-starter who embodies the agile way of working.
- As an Audiovisual Content Researcher you will conduct research in close collaboration with the Content Board and your team colleagues to turn news and topics into solid, compelling audiovisual content, adapted to the medium: long and short videos, podcasts, online event interventions, etc.
- Based on the research you conduct with content owners around various?strategic bank topics you write briefings and/or audiovisual scripts that will become highly engaging video content.
- You have a good nose for stories and are quick to grasp complex subjects. You take initiative to plan interviews and meetings with content owners and/or stakeholders
- For some video formats you are also present during shootings.
- You plan projects proactively, monitor their progress and find solutions to any problems that arise. You stick to the agreed workflows and you use the relevant tools.
- You build trusting relationships, you work on an extensive network with colleagues and have experience with stakeholder management.
- You follow trends and best practices in audiovisual content production.
- You report to the Head of Studio. Serious problems are immediately reported to your line manager and, where possible, you provide solutions.

- Familiarity with the?commercial challenges of banking, or a willingness to learn about them.
- You have the ability to efficiently interpret communication plans and translate them into content.
- You think about the customer first: you know what the target groups want and you can translate that into compelling content.
- You have a?bachelor's or master's degree.
- You have an extremely fluent pen in?French or Dutch?and a very good knowledge of the second national language.?English?is also no problem for you.
- You have experience in writing/contributing to/evaluating texts: design scripts/scenarios, interview questions, etc.
- You have a good dose of common sense, you know how to work, you have social skills and you communicate in an open and transparent way. You are a real team player.
- Excellent computer knowledge (Office, Wrike). Training is provided if necessary.
- You can multitask and set priorities, you remain calm when the pressure increases.
- You are highly organized, detail oriented, customer focused and open to working in an?agile environment.
