We are looking for our Service Desk a friendly and communicative person who can do the 1st Level Support for our users. Ensure user support and IT availability during office hours.
Typically tasks are client installation (PCs), software deplyoment (SCCM, Damware), administration of the active directory and ticket management (Service Now). Additionally you work in migration projects.
Details:
- Client deployment using master image (MS Windows)
- Software installations on client PCs and servers
- Software rollouts using SCCM
- Patch management via SCCM
- Provisioning of mobile devices
- User Account Management
- Management of user and group authorizations based on Active Directory
- Backup & Restore (Veeam)
- Provision of network connections and user workstations
- Administration of network printers
- Inventory management
- Procurement of HW/SW
- Maintenance of the master image
