Looking Ahead at our 35th Year

2022 marks the 35th year of business for First Financial Resources, and we are thrilled to begin a new phase of evolution and growth for the company — while maintaining the values that have made FFR the oldest independent producer group in the industry today.

There is no doubt that the last year has been a turbulent one for the world, for the life insurance industry, and for the company. Even through that turbulence, FFR had more production and retained more Members than ever. We closed 2021 with record-breaking numbers in both production and Member count.?

We are pleased to share that, after a period of transition, FFR is moving forward with a strategic plan that will add more valuable resources for our Members.

As we look ahead to a 35th year filled with many exciting things to come,?I wanted to share three core themes of 2022?that will guide our decision-making processes at First Financial Resources.?

  • Transparency.?My team and I are continuing our commitment to frequent and transparent communication with you about First Financial Resources and industry-specific topics. We have been encouraged by feedback from Members about how they appreciate the openness, and we encourage that same feedback from our stakeholders as well.

Please feel free to?reach out to myself?or the home office team with thoughts, questions or concerns. This feedback will be pivotal to the resources and events we develop.??

  • Resource Growth.?We are building out more best-in-breed resources, so that our Members are empowered to be the best producers in the industry. These resources include new technology tools, events like the FFR Tax Institute, and additional experts on our team.
  • Independence.?Many trends are shifting in the life insurance industry. There has been an increase in acquisitions, a low-interest rate environment, and — for the first time in my quarter-century of being in this business — we have more demand for life insurance than we do supply. However, there is one thing that will not change: FFR’s independence.

As we evolve our resources and team, our business model remains the same. Our Members determine the path of their business and choose the resources that they want.?It has always been that way and it always will be.

Given the difficulties we all endured this year, I wanted to send a special thank you to all of our home office staff for their unwavering patience and devoted time.

Be on the lookout for more communications about 2022 happenings, and we send our best wishes for a happy, healthy and prosperous New Year.
