Looking Ahead to 2025: Leadership Insights, Gratitude, and the Path Forward

I don’t post often but as we approach 2025, I want to share some of the lessons that have shaped my career and perspective. This isn’t about celebrating achievements, but rather about reflecting on the core principles that have guided me—from my early days as a family physician to my more recent leadership experience across 4 continents.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working on impactful projects, shaping healthcare systems and leading teams dedicated to improving patient care. These lessons have not only guided me in my professional journey but have also helped me stay true to my values and purpose.
