Dear Startup Founders, I hope this letter finds you well. As we look ahead to the new year, I wanted to reach out to provide some guidance and support for the coming months.

First and foremost, I want to take a moment to reflect on the past year. Despite the many challenges and uncertainties, I am proud of the progress and achievements that each of you have made. From launching new products and expanding into new markets, to raising funding and building strong teams, you have all accomplished so much.

As we move into the new year, I encourage you to keep pushing forward and aim high. Our team is committed to supporting you every step of the way, and we have a number of resources and opportunities available to help you achieve your goals.

  1. Sales readiness: We have seen many founders?stumbling on the?well known path of sales. We recommend you to?be READY to sell. This means having the right collateral, processes, demos, ICPs and others.?
  2. Customer acquisition and growth: Whether through targeted marketing campaigns, partnerships, or other strategies, we believe that attracting and retaining customers will be crucial for success in the coming year.
  3. Product development and innovation: As always, we encourage our portfolio companies to stay at the forefront of their respective industries by continuously improving and iterating on their products.
  4. Financial planning and management: With the right financial planning and management, our portfolio companies can set themselves up for long-term success.
  5. Fundraise readiness: While we do everything we do, we may not hit the revenue goals and need external?support. We recognize that. Please talk to your individual lead partner at Product10x on how we can assist in Fundraise.?
