Many of you have responded to our collaboration requests on LinkedIn.

Many of you have reached out to us independently, wanting to add value to the work we do in developing the tech entrepreneurship pipeline around the world.

We are now much better equipped to harness your desire to contribute in a concrete way.

In March 2021, we launched an initiative to develop Udemy courses based on the 1Mby1M methodology and case studies.

Now, that initiative is quite far along, enough to give us ammunition to vastly scale our impact.

Most importantly, now we can give YOU a clear path to take this work further into any community anywhere in the world.

Here are the steps:

1. We’re looking for 1Mby1M Ambassadors to facilitate the learning of communities of aspiring entrepreneurs in a structured, diligent manner with study groups.
2. Our Udemy courses with discount coupons are available globally at extremely affordable prices.
3. Please pick one course a month, assign it to your community of learners.
4. Use LinkedIn to build and manage your community. Join 1Mby1M Ambassadors on LinkedIn to work with us.
5. Schedule a Zoom call to discuss the material with your group.
6. Rinse and repeat.
7. In parallel, please attend our Free Mentoring Roundtables with your group on a regular basis.
8. In terms of focus, our guidance is to first tackle the Bootstrapping courses, especially Bootstrap First, Raise Money Later. Follow that up with Bootstrapping with a Paycheck, and then Bootstrap A Product Startup with Services.?
9. There is always huge interest in financing. How Pre-Seed and Seed VCs Think About Startups are the logical next steps.
10. How to Build Unicorn Tech Startups is an inspiring topic.
11. How to Succeed as a Solo Entrepreneur is an interesting counterpoint.
12. Our AI/ML startup courses are very popular, so look at those and other domain specific courses to pick which ones you want to prioritize based on the interest of your community.

If you can do sustained pipeline building for a year, we are confident that your community will produce a lot of entrepreneurs, no matter where you are.
