The photo below was taken when I visited a quote for the 1st time in late May this year. I was told that the lawn had been maintained for several years by another lawn company, and had already been given a reseed earlier this spring.
Unfortunately I had to point that the repairs hadn't done a thing at all, the cost of which was no small amount. I then proceeded to say what we could do for the lawn, how our services worked and could be expected if we were to start. A thorough explanation of the process was explained, along with all the costings and was appreciated greatly.
The quote very kindly then asked us if we could take over the management of their lawn, the photo below was taken by one of our guys on a follow up visit yesterday. This was just one month after we went in and carried out proper repairs on the lawn ourselves.
