A look into Wesley's success story at FitzMark.

Tell us your story - how did you find your career at FitzMark??

I was part of the acquisition of Fetch Logistics, and since FitzMark was looking for some additional IT help at the time, I was happy to stay on, in what was really a seamless transition.?

How have you reached success at FitzMark??

Our IT management team is open to new, creative ideas, and really let's the employees take lead on projects and figure out the best way to get things done, whether that be going back to something we've used in the past, or trying something new.? And they've been supportive in all facets as well.?

What do you do as part of your role to enhance the customer experience??

A lot of my work involves reporting, both for internal use and our customers.? So I think the employees see a lot of benefit in that.? They can access the information they need, and use the automated customer reports as a selling point for doing business with us.?

How do you feel your individual success has contributed to FitzMark’s company goals??

Well I just try to do my small part.? And I think the idea is, when everyone does their part, and does it well, good things will happen for the company, and everyone will reap those rewards and feel good about the work they're doing.?

What is your favorite part about working at FitzMark??

It has to be the employee engagement activities, hands down.? We celebrate everything from March Madness, to national donut day, national taco day, and Star Wars day (May the 4th be with you!).? There's so many activities, it seems 2 weeks can't go by without something new coming up to celebrate.?

What would you tell someone interested in a career at FitzMark??

This company is a lot of fun to work for.? If you put in the work, I'm pretty sure you'll feel satisfied with the results.?
