Grand Hyatt Changsha - a newly open hotel. It has about 6 F&B outlets. This Peking Duck is one of the best I have had lately. The ducks are all flown in from Beijing. Their sister hotel - Grand Hyatt Beijing has its restaurant ( Made in China ) earning the 53rd place on The Elite Traveler Top 100 Restaurants in the World. Therefore restaurants with Peking Duck in Grand Hyatt Hotel in China have a similar formula preparing for the ducks. But who is the best would depend on the chef's skill. After trying it at Grand Hyatt Changsha, I would have the desire to go back to try it again. Their Xiangjiang 36 Restaurant also has many outstanding dishes such as " Wok fried Ningxiang pork with dried chili & soy sauce " with buns made with pumpkin power, which melt in the mouth - thumb-up!
