Today I’m discussing my predictions for what’s going to happen over the rest of the year concerning the real estate market. Around this time of year, inventory tends to drop because people are dealing with school and the holidays. However, inventory was already low, so we aren’t expecting it to drop all that much. To combat low supply, we’ve been contacting homeowners directly to produce off-market properties for buyers. To learn more, watch our latest video.
