Do you know where you are going? Do you have that look in your eye? Are those around you clear that you are on a mission? Have you made it known that you are unstoppable? Do others notice this intense look on your face and in your posture.
When you become so focused on where you are going it will change the look on your face, in your eye, your posture and your voice. When you become determined, committed, dedicated, and obsessed, others will know you are, and treat you accordingly.
Driven, destined, focused, committed, obsessed and no longer distracted by obstacles of normal people is the beingness of the most successful. The most successful make it clear they will not be distracted by the temptations that distract the normals.
"The casual invite to waste time, take a long break, or celebrate prematurely is offered to those that lack commitment and clarity."
If others don't know where you stand you haven't taken a stand. If you are not crystal clear where you are going, no one else will be either. If others still try to tempt you from your destination you haven't yet committed to your destination. The casual invite to waste time, take a long break, or celebrate prematurely is offered to those that lack commitment and clarity.
Adopt the beingness of the most successful so that no one will dare tempt you or try to distract you. Take on the posture of those that made it all the way. When you make a complete commitment to success all will know it.
When it happened to me old friends would often say, "You're so serious," "You're no fun anymore," and "Can't you just enjoy life?" If you aren't hearing your friends say this to you, well then... you can still be distracted.
The very same people that were disappointed with me years ago, now say, "I always knew you were going to be successful." Others, ask me, "do you think it was worth passing up on so many good times?" My answer is always,
"I don't think of what I passed up, I think about what I have accomplished."
Get that look of commitment in your eye so others no longer try to distract you. Be so clear about where you are going that people get out of your way. Commit to your success so that you have that look in your eye and can no longer be thrown off track, you are no longer tempted by "good" times and challenges that derail others serve to fuel you to accomplish your goals.

Well said and so true. Having that focus and mindset is key, as we can sometimes be our own greatest distractor.
