A Look Back at Precoro's Q3 2023 Highlights and Achievements

As we bid adieu to sunny days and welcome the season of pumpkin spice, we pause to reflect on the vibrant memories the Precoro team made over these past months.

We’ll be honest with you. The inviting sun sometimes tempted us to take a leisurely stroll outside and revel in its golden warmth. Yet, the devoted Precoro team remained steadfast in its mission: perfecting our product to ease your workload and carve out time for those much-needed summer breaks.

Now, as you settle in with your favorite beverage and adjust your reading glasses, allow us to share this journey with you. Let’s see what Precoro has been up to in Q3 2023.

Product updates ??

This past quarter was nothing short of dynamic in terms of product development. Our tireless product team rolled out more than 70 new features and enhancements, with no plans of slowing down. As Precoro continues on its trajectory of excellence, let's look at some of the key updates from Q3:

• Last quarter we released a new integration with HiBob HR software. This connection allows for effortless synchronization with HiBob for Precoro users, ensuring more streamlined and automated user management.
• We understand workflow continuity is vital. Now, if a team member is away, you can assign a Substitute User to handle documents in Pending, Matching, or In Revision statuses. Rest assured that no work gets stalled.
• To provide you with more flexible and accurate management of transactions, we added the option to insert negative item values in various Precoro documents.?
• The Precoro team also improved our current integrations to make them even more efficient. Some highlights include the added option to import custom segments and billable values from NetSuite, forward pending purchase orders directly to QuickBooks or NetSuite, and import various types of charts of accounts from Xero.
• So that you can analyze contract-specific data, we introduced the ability to create custom reports for contracts. Plus, you have the power to define access levels for all types of reports by choosing between Shared or Private access.
• Moreover, we've rolled out numerous small but impactful updates to optimize your day-to-day operations. These include more filtering options, a revamped supplier registration form, revision history in receipts, new info cards for overdue orders and pending receipts, and much more. Just as the Oscars celebrate cinematic excellence, this quarter we have our own series of Oscar-worthy achievements to applaud. Precoro has once again been honored by leading product review platforms for its excellent support and features.

Yet, our greatest honor comes from you, our valued customers. In the last quarter, we sought feedback on how likely customers would be to recommend Precoro to peers. More than 800 respondents gave the highest possible rating. It's heartening to know that user satisfaction has surged by 4.1% compared to last year. This tells us that we are on the right path and there's no slowing down for us.
