Following our IPO release in November 2021, Brilliant Earth has continued to focus on innovative developments across all departments with the shared goal to accomplish our mission: to cultivate a more transparent, sustainable, compassionate, and inclusive jewelry industry.?

Showroom Expansion & Omnichannel Model?

We are proud to offer a personalized, luxury showroom experience in 24 cities across the United States with additional locations to come. Our Retail Expansion teams work collaboratively across departments to bring our new showroom visions to life across the U.S. “Every department is involved in opening a new showroom, so each location we open is the product of ultimate teamwork!” shares Theresa Manelis, our Retail Operations Manager.?

With an omnichannel business model, we strive to provide a fun, relaxing, and educational experience through in-person appointments and virtual channels. Our E-Commerce and Marketing teams collaborate to identify areas we can enhance to continue to deliver the seamless experience that our customers love.

As a leader in the jewelry industry, we aim to push the boundaries of current industry standards and are proud to see the impact of our efforts over the past year. Our mission is at the core of the collections we continuously refresh and reinvent for our clients. In addition to the launch of our Moyo Gems and Virtu Gems collections, our Merchandising and Customer Experience teams worked cross-departmentally to launch Truly Brilliant Natural Diamonds. Our Truly Brilliant Collection is thoughtfully curated to focus on sustainability, quality, and traceability. The collection features both natural diamonds, with blockchain-powered ‘mine to market’ traceability for premium transparency, and lab-grown diamonds, created with renewable energy.? “More and more, we are finding our Millennial and Gen-Z customers are focused on the thought behind the ring and the options available to them to make every detail purposeful and intentional,” Kathryn Edison Money, Senior Vice President of Merchandising and Retail Expansion, shares in The Zoe Report.?

The Brilliant Earth Foundation, established in 2021, enables Brilliant Earth to give back to communities, local and worldwide, under our three Foundation commitments – Responsible Sourcing, Social Impact, and Climate Action. We are proud to say that The Brilliant Earth Foundation tripled its contributions from 2021 to 2022. Not only have we already achieved our goal to double employee volunteering hours, but Brilliant Earth also offset our operational emissions for 2021 by contributing to the Texas Capricorn Ridge Wind Project. We strengthened our partnership with Pact and Moyo Gems through a grant to help expand Moyo Gems and literacy programs into Kenya and Tanzania, too. We are very excited to share the impact of this last year heading into 2023 as well.?

As a digital-first company, we’ve continued to enhance our social media presence to reach audiences across platforms. Over the past year, we’ve celebrated our product at multiple red-carpet events, and hosted our own events and gifting campaigns. Our teams collaborated to launch a TikTok campaign aiming to reach more consumers and share more about what we offer through a platform they enjoy.

In addition to all these efforts, as a data-driven company, we focus on strategic development to ensure our teams are set up for success and we continue to grow. Our team works cross-functionally and collaboratively to streamline processes. As an innovative and forward-thinking company, we are excited to highlight these projects and identify new opportunities to enhance the customer experience. Moving into 2023, we aim to continue to be a leading destination for ethical fine jewelry and to offer an innovative, omnichannel experience.
