A look back on the B Good For Leaders Summit.

The B Good For Leaders Summit was an event to get inspired, meet like-minded people and remind ourselves that we are not alone in the business for good mission.

The event was organized in 5 different streams and had around 600+ participants.

Our chairman Christophe Fauconnier led the Leadership stream, hosting 3 workshops and 1 panel.

Workshop 1: Raise resilience to lead with your heart powerfully with Alexia Michiels, co-founder and managing partner of The Resilience Institute Europe.

Alexia shared fascinating insights and actionable learning from their Global Resilience Report 2022 (based on more than 23,000 people have completed a Resilience Diagnostic over the last 3 years). We learned?what the most resilient people do differently, how resilience evolved during the pandemic, how to perform with care, and some recommendations for CEOs, Board members, and executives.

Workshop 2: Build Shared Purpose & Identity for real change with Joyshree Reinelt and Gilda Zárate Chabluk from Innate Motion.

In this engaging workshop, Joyshree and Gilda looked at the evolving definition of?leadership, diving into the?key shifts that enable more engagement and drive change. They shared insights on how to go beyond a poster purpose and develop a shared narrative and identity that unites and mobilizes for change. All participants were invited to discover their own leadership style by playing the game.

Workshop 3: Can values reboot the future with Kim Polman and Anthony Bennet. Facilitated?by Carlo Giardinetti.

Introducing the book "Living values for a life economy" and doing a dynamic to welcome the Golden rule of "treating others and the planet as you would like be treated"

The leadership panel was moderated by Christophe and invited Kim Polman, Femke van Loon, Bruno Roche, Alexia Michiels, Satish Kumar?and Zeyneb Bodur.?
