A look back at 2023!
As 2023 comes to an end, I would like to share some of the highlights of Papersoft this year. It has been a busy and productive year for us, as we have expanded our customer base, participated in various events and webinars, and published insightful newsletters and blogs on topics related to agent networks, mobile money, and digital identity.?

Here are some of the key events that marked our year:
- In January, we announced that our product Waynbo by Papersoft was accepted in the Regulatory Sandbox in Mozambique, which is a great opportunity to test and validate our innovative solution for mobile money interoperability. We also published a blog on how agency banking can unlock the potential of your bank-as-a-service strategy and shared our insights on the $1 trillion mobile money market in Africa in a webinar hosted by Regtech.

- In February we?also hosted a webinar on how eCommerce can elevate CICO agency banking and wrote a blog on how to build a viable agent network.
- In March, we welcomed three new customers: Financial Inclusion Centre a super agent network in Nigeria, which added LASRRA enrollment to their services; Advans Tunisia, which rolled out our solution for agent network management; and GAPI Microfinance in Mozambique, which adopted our solution for digital identity verification. We also shared a success case of how our solution helped ISSM to create a shared agency network and provide digital identity services to their customers. We also published a blog on how to overcome the challenges of agent liquidity.
- In April, we launched our new Last-Mile Toolkit website, which is a comprehensive resource for anyone interested in learning more about agent networks and mobile money. We also wrote a blog on how cashpoints bridge finance with the real economy and how they can help increase financial inclusion and access.
- In May, we participated in a webinar by Regtech Nigeria on how to? Unlocking the Potential of a $1 Trillion Mobile Money Market in Africa, where we shared our best practises and lessons learned from our projects. We also announced a new customer: TVCabo Mozambique, which integrated our solution for offline transactions. We also featured a blog on how offline transactions can improve the customer experience and reduce failed transactions.
- In June, we welcomed a new customer: Doo!, which is an exciting new VAS platform in Ivory Coast. We also published a feature on how our solution enables offline transactions, which are essential for low-connectivity areas and high-demand scenarios.
- In July, we published a blog on the vital role of agent networks in mobile money profitability and how they can help reduce operational costs and increase customer loyalty. We also participated in a webinar in parnership with UNCDF on how to leverage technology for efficient agent network management. We also announced a new customer: Print4U, which is a leading provider of digital transformation solutions in Mozambique.

- In August, we published a blog on mobile money beyond CICO, and how to scale the network to offer more value-added services to customers. We also participated in M-Pesa FinTalks in Mozambique, where we discussed the latest trends and innovations in mobile money and fintech.
- In September,?,?we?participated in the Mozambique Fintech Week, where we showcased our solutions and networked with other players in the fintech ecosystem.?We also published a blog on what we can learn from China's agent networks and how they have evolved from cash-in/cash-out points to mini-banks that offer a range of financial services.?

- In October, we announced a new customer: Instituto de Supervis?o de Seguros de Mo?ambique (ISSM), in partnership with Print4U. We also published a blog on how to manage impact and competition in agent network development across LMICs.

- In November, we hosted a webinar in partnership with ReFinD on managing for impact: lessons in managing competition in agent network development across LMICs, where we shared our insights and recommendations on how to create sustainable and competitive agent networks.

- In December, we participated in a webinar by CGAP on unlocking rural CICO agent networks for financial inclusion, where we shared our experience and challenges of working with rural agents and customers. We also published a blog on how to unlock rural CICO agent networks for financial inclusion.
