A Look back at 2023

In 2023, Apprentice Worldwide thrived with a series of enriching educational and networking events, highlighted by the welcoming of nearly 40 new members from around the world. This year was a vibrant showcase of our commitment to continuous learning and community building. Let's explore the events that marked this remarkable year:

The year began with Hernan Mayol's insightful session in January, "4 Most Successful Strategies to Find a Job in This Market". This event offered attendees a comprehensive and practical approach to job hunting, equipping them with the latest strategies to navigate the competitive job market.

February was a month of technological insight and foresight, marked by the BINANCE LIVE: APPRENTICE WORLDWIDE / XAVE WORLD event. In this session, Hernan Mayol and Matias M. Calzada joined forces to explore the evolving tech landscape providing a glimpse into the future.

In the same month, in-depth discussions about the Latin American job market led by Martin Schulz and Gian Piero Ragonesi offered valuable insights into regional employment trends. Additionally, Hoang Anh from The Intern Group shared essential advice on finding and securing remote work opportunities, reflecting the increasing trend towards virtual employment.

Personal growth and resilience in the professional world were highlighted in Self-Love with Ydalmis Carrasco, MBA and Having an Entrepreneurial Mindset by charles scott , focusing on self-appreciation and entrepreneurial spirit.

In March, Matias Calzada took us into the future with Introduccion al Metaverso, complemented by strategic insights from the Apprentice Europe - Strategy Calls with Alexandre Zanussi Hernandes and Karina R. . Coach Sarah Gillet Couto, M.A. Leadership, PCC gave us great insights for Boosting our Productivity as a preview to what was to come.

The Executive Master Classes over the summer months brought a rich series of talks:

- Gonzalo Hurtado, MBA, MSc "Your Career. Your Terms." offered fresh perspectives on career strategy.

- Luis Izquierdo 's "How to Spend Your Money Wisely" provided valuable financial management advice.

- In "Embracing Your Uniqueness," Flor Palazzolo encouraged leveraging individual strengths and skills.

- Mo Hassan 's "Mastering A.I. to Accelerate Productivity" explored the transformative potential of artificial intelligence.

- Carol Moxam 's "Learning How to Lead" delved into effective leadership techniques.

- Uhriel Bedoya 's "Adapting to Change" offered strategies for managing professional evolution.

- Hernan Mayol's "How to Deal with Office Politics" navigated the complexities of workplace dynamics.

July's GIP 2023 Career Readiness Summer Program Graduation was a highlight, featuring a keynote speech from Jen Morales CEO of Mixicles, celebrating achievements and potential, while people continue to participate in Coaching Sessions by Paola Lombardi / Master Coach Corporativa. and her team.

In August, the Professional Branding Webinar armed participants with essential digital branding strategies, while the Professional Networking Socials in Mexico City and Puerto Rico hosted by Kristian Ramírez opened avenues for new connections and opportunities.

October's Halloween Horror Stories Meet Up uniquely blended professional networking with festive enjoyment.

November saw the Networking Event - Happy Hour in New York and the Executive Meet Up in the Dominican Republic hosted by Bianca Lajara , enhancing international connections and cultural exchanges.

The year culminated in December with the Holiday Dinner - Networking event and Chulaka (Chui) Senanayake, MBA 's Modern Job Search Strategies session, offering cutting-edge job search techniques. We finalized with events in Miami at the new CVI.CHE 105 in Coral Gables and in San Jose, Costa Rica.

2023 was definitely a year of significant learning, networking, and growth. Each event contributed to our professional development, with the influx of new members bringing fresh perspectives to our vibrant community. As we step into the new year, we carry forward the rich lessons, experiences, and connections from this enriching and memorable year.

We want to thank all the Volunteers, Mentors, Associates, Apprentices and Staff that have made all this possible and look forward to more in 2024.
