#longislandcity weekly signed contracts report April 9-April 15 2018

Last week saw 8 signed contracts in the Long Island City condominium market, up from 6 signed contracts during the previous week. Two of the eight contracts were last priced above $1 million. Last week was the first week in 2018 where the majority of signed contracts were for resale units (5) as opposed to new development units (3). The contract with the highest price was at Casa Vizcaya. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with a 502 square foot terrace was last priced at $1,495,000, $1,265 per square foot.
