Longevity Summit Dublin is arriving!

As my readers know, I enjoy going to aging conferences. This helps me stay updated and connected about what relevant things that are ongoing in the field.

Very often things that are cutting edge and what is the hype VS truth can not be googled. It's a craft to be able to distill scientific knowledge and find the impactful avenues onwards.

Tomorrow I will be travelling to Ireland for the Longevity Summit Dublin, I look very much forward to touristing the green island (and escape the mediterranean heat for some refreshing atlantic cold) as well as meet up with all the cutting-edge scientists and leaders that are transforming what health means.
