Everyone would like to live a long life. What is the key to living not only a long life, but a good life as well? First, we must start with your state of mind! What brings down a lot of good people is their mindset. Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Anger, unhealthy eating and low activity levels all start in the mind. These are the things making people not able to live a long, healthy, and happy life.
Mobility.
"Don't work too hard, don't stress," doesn't work as decent advice for improving your health and longevity. People who are the most involved and committed to self-improvement always come out on top. Continually productive men and women lived much longer than their more laid-back peers.
When you sit around all day and don’t do much, your body starts to get really relaxed and not feel the need to be strong anymore. To keep your body strong, you can do exercises such as, walking, lifting weights, running, swimming, anything you want! You can work a job where you perform light activity every day. Staying active with your body is key to being healthy and happy!
Diet.
A healthy diet is another key to a long healthy life. You don’t need to look like a bodybuilder to eat a clean diet. A clean diet simply suggests that you only eat foods that have nutritional value for your body like: fruits, vegetables, proteins, and healthy fats. When you eat good foods, your body functions much better. Your immune system is better, your bones are stronger, your muscles are stronger; your brain is even sharper when you eat a healthy diet. A new study has indicated that the benefits of a diet, rich in raw fish, vegetables and green tea, can sustain a life longer than any other diet.
This being displayed with Japanese females having the highest life expectancy of women in selected countries, living for an average of 86.4 years (where this diet is most typically seen). There are only positives of eating a clean diet.
Your Mind.
You wouldn’t think having a positive mindset would affect your health. But it does. When you are stressed, depressed, or just living in a state of constant worry and fear, there are all kinds of things that happen. Your immune system is lower, you feel weak, you feel sluggish and not energetic. Energy is the key to life and if you have high energy levels you will be able to have a healthy, longer life.

5 年well said Jake. Lots of toxins in our environment, too much stress, bad food choices. Thanks for helping some people take control of their wellness.
