The Long-Term Vision for Business Success
As entrepreneurs, we all start with a vision—that clear picture of where we want our business to go.
But what happens when the road gets tough, and the journey takes longer than we anticipated?
Recently, I had a powerful conversation with Patrick Bet-David during one of our monthly sales meetings, where we reflected on how it often takes 10+ years to truly know who is aligned with your vision.
At this stage in the game, losing some of the early team members can feel like a setback.
But it’s a crucial lesson: sometimes, it’s those very people who are no longer aligned with the company's growth and will ultimately hold you back.
This realization is hard to swallow, but it’s essential to remember that your vision is a long game, and it requires constant evolution.
The Power of Patience and Trusting the Process
I was reminded of this concept during a sermon I attended, where the message on vision spoke directly to my entrepreneurial journey.
Habakkuk 2:1-4 encourages us:
“Though the vision tarries, wait for it. It will surely come.â€
This message is powerful for anyone in business.
Vision requires patience, especially when you’re working toward something bigger than yourself.
As you work toward scaling your business, it’s critical to trust the process and not be discouraged when progress seems slow.

The Key Takeaway for Business Owners
The next 10 years will be even more important for you as a 7-9 figure business owner. Every day, you’re making decisions that affect not just your company but your legacy.
So, remember: vision takes time, and growth is a marathon, not a sprint.
Patience, faith, and a clear sense of direction are all essential for scaling successfully.
