Powerful Leadership = Cumulative Success Theory

Success is the word that seems to have grabbed the throat of mankind ever since civilization went beyond the idea of community living. It is but commonsensical to estimate the genesis of individualism - it just had to be that time when independence was thrown into the ring for sustenance because community living had failed to garner mass apeal.

To earn basic needs, to earn a place in the community, to secure a name, to procure more and be sure one has a safety net made of strong currency is only as old as that first severance from group styled living. Community living provided us a safety net that protected sanity, speed of life, and ring fenced existence from being eaten up by Stress.

The independent man today ( regardless of gender) is a hunter... every single day. All go foraging for what looks like a good buy, investment, better job, acquisition or even association. The yield is in focus somewhere at the back of an overactive mind that is dedicated to self preservation and survival although it is coated by sexy terms like prospects, opportunities, networking and the like.

We may have out grown the bear skin skirt and a club but regardless of the external finesse, deep down our drivers are still as ancient as Time itself. Success as a word has sailed many a gurus, books, honors and schools just because it appears to promise the "hidden land". It is a word every child who understands the concept of money next comprehends, and with that also the how.

We are told a career, a job, income, growth of personal wealth, recognition in name and social position are all channels of money influx. Anyone who got this much also fathoms the world to be a place where a foothold is hard to make and niche's belong to few. Then on begins the need to club every energy down that might show the potential to rise above your own. The birth of the most insecure human being was thus born.

A palpable negativity always surrounds those intensely attached to the idea of personal success which often is attached to professional trajectories. In my personal observations such a person hold energies that are suffocating and just being around such people can give you a sense of breathlessness physically too if you are highly tuned to energies.

Stifling energies surface far more because that it their line of defense and also line of play. They are masters of manipulation and aggressive in their 'Pursuit for Happiness'. People with an obtuse attachment to Success are negative as human beings, as colleagues and also as team players. They are definitely detrimental to organizations because they just CANNOT fathom Cumulative Success.

Cumulative success is a theory I crafted for my own comprehension of the "usage of energies". The way I see the world - skills, competencies, abilities and capabilities are all a compounded form of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual energies. An individual who really has deep dived into their own energy and mastered conquering linear energy forms can also over time play them up like a symphony.

At this stage they are fully aware of who they are, what they can do and the quantum of power within. Confidence is birthed from knowledge in the cosmos and knowledge of the self which is a cosmos by itself. But most prefer to direct their effort to knowledge that is doctored and prescribed rather than uncharted and cumbersome. Knowledge of your own energies is the hardest journey to complete and because there are no certificates for completion....nobody really bothers. But who does make that effort also enters a perennial state of awareness from where it is easy to sense other people and know more about them than they know of themselves. There is no better advantage than that.

People who come this far also change their definition of success which is now no longer about proving anything to anyone anywhere. The lowest form of achievement is the need to prove. And even lower than that is the need to be recognized, awarded, conferred labels and tags. It indicates the binding to socially crafted elevations that are as ancient as they are banal.

Those who worked with energies for decades begin to savor other peoples energies and like to watch the kaleidoscope of energies fuse to bring about magic. Best results come from heterogeneous thinking and non invasive, highly respectful inclusion that permits the best of human energies to combine and produce something that is a marvel.

Cumulative Success as a way of life is thus not meant for all....it is the choice of the mature.
