Ato Adala Borse, an 80 year old man, living in a small town in Sidama zone Bensa . He always gets up in the morning and do as much work as he can to provide for his family.
Life has been very difficult for him since what he's bringing to the table wasn't enough. He always wishes for his children to go to school but they were needed in the house to help out their families. As he went on in with this way of life, a hope emerged at a place he lived.
A company called Heleph1933 came to that town to produce coffee beans and that was the time Ato Adala life's changed. He began working there as on of the local farmers that provides his part to the company.
Since then Ato Adala says "I am very grateful and happy to work for this company for it has changed my life as well my families. Now my children can sleep peacefully and go to school".

Meet A 10years old Israel
A young soul, so innocent and so delightful, age of 10 lives in Sidama zone. Israel Dingama, in his age is so strong, not physically but also mentally. He says "I want to go to school and play like the other kids. But now I'm at home helping my family in the house."
This kid could be a great asset to his country also to his family if he went to school as he wished.
On top of providing jobs for the society, our company, wanted to give to the society for those kids like Israel Dingama to have access to clothes, food, school and on any other necessities.
Right now, Israel Dingama is at school like the other kids he wished to be part of.
Heleph1933 coffee Plc's main focus is the society, to be there for them in anything they wish to have.
Meet Fura & Deraro
Two young women, Furra Shetaye & Deraro Arfasa, age of 24 & 25 came to be a family with the Heleph1933 plc. These two we came across in different households, they didn't had a chance to learn when they were young. Heleph1933 Plc provided these two energetic women who live in different places with jobs on the site of its production for coffee beans.
They now are working very hard and very attentively since coffee is well known in their town.
The awareness of coffee is very high in Sidama zone, Arbegona bochishisha kebele. These two women take care of our products just like their own.
Heleph1933 Plc is also helping these two women on their education since it's the key in life, and is very proud to have such a young, hard working and strong women like Furra & Deraro. Heleph1933 is also looking forward to work with many women in this town in the future.
