London Yatra……..A Thought Provoking Strategy

Recently our opposition champions from PAT, PTI, and PML (A) and from other parties have flied to London to plan their “Lock Down Strategy” in Islamabad. Let’s see if PML (N) would plea in judiciary for imposition of article 6 for making a conspiracy against Islamabad while sitting in a foreign country and if someone is thinking……I can bet it would be a plus point for the opposition.

This is not the first time that our Leaders planned their “Political Honey Moon Trip” to London, despite in the past; nation is witness of many trips of political leaders. London Yatra has also been performed by our Prime Minister in his serious times. However, one has not seen any English political leader to visit Pakistan for his/her political chaos. Perhaps Pakistan does not have such “Thought Provoking Environment.”

 London ,as seen in past, has always played a vital role in making up of frustrated politicians with their happy moments.MQM ups and downs with its leaders or with PPPP,PML (N) dysfunctional relationships with PTI,General (R) Musharraf’s treatment,Molana Fazul Haq’s consideration of political alliance with various parties, are all evidences of such “Political Patch-ups.”In the recent past we also saw a tug of war between MQM London and MQM Pakistan for the control of power over party.

Unfortunately, our problems became more and more complex with the passage of time. Now these trips are planned once in a month by our leaders, it seems they are addicted to London’s air oxygen. The only solution to their addiction is “Patriotism” in real sense. We have to own this country, its resources, its politics, and its problems. Only in that way we would not require such “Yatra” else we will be able to find such “Thought Provoking Environment” in our country.
