The sad news about Caroline Flack who ended her own life in London the day after Valentine's day, highlights the importance of mental health services. It's emerged she convinced her friend to go to the shops and when left solo, Caroline committed suicide. In the midst of depression, relationship complications and potential criminal proceedings all under the media spotlight, her motto 'in a world where you can be anything - be kind' probably sounded hollow. Caroline, like so many others, could benefit from mental health services.
