The Logo Design Process, from My POV

  1. Research: As a logo designer, I will conduct research on your company or organization to understand your mission, values, target audience, and competitors. This information will inform the design choices and ensure that the logo effectively represents your brand.
  2. Concept development: Using the information gathered during the research phase, I will develop initial concepts for your logo. This will involve creating rough sketches and ideas for the design. I will also create mood boards or style guides to communicate my vision for the logo.
  3. Design refinement: After presenting the initial concepts, I will work with you to refine the design. This may involve making revisions to the layout, typography, and color scheme. I will also consider how the logo will look in different contexts and ensure that the design is consistent with your branding.
  4. Presentation: Once the logo has been refined, I will present it to you for feedback and make any necessary revisions. I will also provide different variations of the logo, such as a black and white version or a version with different color schemes.
  5. Finalization: After receiving your feedback, I will make any final revisions to the logo and deliver the final logo files in the appropriate formats, such as JPEG, PNG, PSD, CDR and vector.
  6. Branding guidelines: I will also provide you with a branding guidelines document that will act as a guide for using the logo in different situations, on different mediums, and with different color schemes.
