8 个月Hi what is so special now then before. Are you saying there are lots of foreigners are given jobs as compared to Singaporeans. Are you saying these foreigners are bettet skilled than the Singaporeans.Please do not misled the Singaporeans employability vs the foreigners. Look around what is the status of the Lay offs. The Government is not realistics as to know how many Singaporeans are unemployed and how are taking up their day to day Livings.

8 个月What skills Sir. This has been a wide topic mentioned all the time which is like an excuse for hiring “S K I L LS”. Are you saying our Singapore coming out from reputable institutions does not have these skills that you are mentioning. This are all included or should be included in the curriculum instead of letting them know now that they are lack of a particular skills. To tell you the top echellon so called Management people are just blowing the horn of what the Governments Agenda. Are you saying students from reputable institutions are not able to pick up this skills. Dare put up a Forum to discuss on so called skills that you and Government are hyping about to resolve or keep singing the Chorus of “S K I L L S”. To bottom line is the Government do not care about the People of Singapore who toilling day and night to make ends meet despite of inadequate assistance provided by the Government. There are already many uncruplous hiring is taking place in Singapore right under the eyes of the MOM but very little has been done. They only talk about big words like tripartite which needless to say it is useless dept wasting the Tax payers money and resources and putting our Singaporean workers in a disadvantaged positions.
