The Desert Rig Transport (DRT) process involves planning, executing, and tracking rig equipment and personnel logistics for regular, planned, and ad-hoc operations. It prioritizes client’s-owned equipment, ensures compliance with certifications, and integrates GPS and financial systems for real-time tracking and cost management. Key activities include pre-move meetings, resource optimization, and fuel supply coordination. Outputs focus on KPI monitoring, cost analysis, and performance reporting.

The Rig Logistics and Dispatch module (DRT) of iLogistics streamlines the logistics lifecycle, from planning to post-move operations, and supports personnel, equipment, and material management. Key features include master data management for rigs, vehicles, and personnel; modules for regular and bulk supply scheduling; and activity planning for rig and non-rig moves. Performance and reporting capabilities track rig moves, tasks, incidents, and post-move insights, while the Daily Log system manages maintenance, downtimes, and incentives. Additional modules cover journey management with GPS integration and rentals for equipment and driver assignments.

The Logistics Control Tower (LCT) of iLogistics acts as a central hub for dispatching and monitoring logistics activities, integrating people, processes, and technology to manage interlinked operations like rig movements, warehousing, and cargo transport. It features live monitoring, configurable dashboards for advanced visibility, and a central display module for team-wide updates.
