-The availability of vehicles and the flow of cargo at the port of Buenaventura, due to the recent winter wave and consequently the declaration of a national disaster situation issued by the National Government, in addition to the vehicular restrictions during the weekend that left blockades on access roads, the port is experiencing significant congestion in the reception of empty units.
