LogiChem Europe is around the corner, and it's kicking off with a keynote about ensuring reliability of your supply chain networks, panel discussions, and different case studies with a diverse range of topics.

One of the topics we look forward to engage with is the digitalisation within the chemical supply chain. We spoke to Joost Mooijweer about our development in technology, and how we, as a company, implement technological developments within the fast evolving digital transition within the supply chain field.

"The digitalization within the supply chain is taking off very, very fast. For our customers, we offer items like tracking and tracing, web portals, and full visibility. But also internally in our way of working through IT connections with all the warehouses we have in Europe. Our ocean freight department in Rotterdam and in China are connected through real-time solutions. As a company, but also as a sector, I think we are taking very good steps by the way we use IT to transport the goods of our customers." - Joost Mooijweer
