Mental health is a topic that touches everyone, yet it remains surrounded by misunderstanding, stigma, and a lack of clarity. Through this series, I aim to open up discussions, challenge assumptions, and explore the realities of mental health, distress, and illness—drawing not just from research but also from my personal experiences as both a patient and a mental health coach.
Before meaningful transformation can happen, we need a foundation of?logic. While humans are naturally driven by emotions, logic provides a critical tool for evaluating arguments, addressing doubts, and fostering deeper understanding of complex topics—like mental health.

Logic is the cornerstone of meaningful change. By framing mental illness within a logical context and connecting it to familiar ideas, we create a balanced, impactful, and relatable conversation. When we combine logic with emotional relatability, we pave the way for true understanding and acceptance.
