Log into yourself

We log in to so many 'other' things, how about logging in to yourself?

How is your current level of #resilience? Are you exploring your stories, gaining awareness, courage and heart from them? Are you building your toolbox of 'wherewithall'?

Curiosity is one of our greatest assets when it comes to understanding and moving forward on a journey - be it for you as an individual or for your organisation. One aspect of curiosity is it keeps you focussed on situational awareness. Knowing where you are on your 'Wear/Tear - Rest/Repair' cycle. It then helps you assess the data of your emotions and engage with your experience. Have you ever remembered the experience and imagined how you would deal with it differently or strengthen the way you managed it to give it more impact and lasting effect? Neurones that fire together, wire together meaning the more you run a neuro-circuit in your brain, the stronger that circuit becomes.?The more you practice (on whatever it is) the stronger those circuits get.?This includes approaches and techniques to improve your emotional agility.

When we question our thoughts, the way we think, we change our relationship with that circuit, and it offers an opportunity to do 'synaptic pruning'. Breaking down the old focus, even eventually deleting those circuits and choosing a new way to respond to experiences in our lives more dynamically. We create new circuits. The garden of our mind starts reshaping and new power points are revealed. As a surge happens we are better able to manage the level and direction it has.

Increasing your resilience is part of life experience and takes time and intentionality. A discovery session is to learn your why, connecting with your needs and the first step to understanding what we are able to create together. Experience the freedom to be in the moment. Every day brings new choices and a new world of possibilities. It's not just about who you are, but who you want to become.

"Having a mentor like you is like getting an upgrade into?first class travel.?It has only been four days but the acceleration of "things" has been quite astonishing!"
Lisa Bozek

If you feel the need to clarify, like to know where you're at, needing guidance in knowing how to take that next step from a position of strength, I'd love to explore with you on a free 30min discovery session.

Send me a private message, read more on my website, engage and log into yourself!

You're so right, my logging into myself is journaling once every 2 days or so because I don't always find the time or things to say to myself. Might not be connected to myself enough. Thanks for sharing this Simone Jo Moore

Wow, this is really good. "We log in to so many 'other' things, how about logging in to yourself?" This one made me sit back and think about my level of resilience. Thanks for sharing this Simone Jo Moore!
