This webinar promised to activate me, and it worked. I am activated. Is this really the best Microsoft can do? But whatever, I can fill out your form (and yes, I have a plug-in that does this for me; that's not the point!).

How is it possible, that Microsoft does not know that my country code is 1. And how can Microsoft not just fix this for me? I am accelerating business by editing my phone number.
