The Windmill Village Hotel, Golf Club & Spa, one of Coventry’s leading hotels is announcing the opening of its new restaurant. Loft18 is aptly named not just for its elevated location but also because of its dazzling views over its 18-hole golf course.

The space is encased in walls of uninterrupted windows, giving 180-degree views across the Warwickshire countryside, the hotels impressive grounds, parkland and lakes. The restaurant and bar area are classically styled. A colour palette of black, white, creams and blue-greys partners with a simplicity of style in its furnishings and patterned floor. The expanse of windows is creatively broken up by a series of wooden murals and exquisite mirrors that accentuate the feeling of space, with window drapes softening the environment.

The mouth-watering menu features the very best in authentic British cuisine with the restaurant’s aim to use seasonal and sustainable produce from the country’s best farmers and fishermen and celebrate Britain’s heritage and ingredients.
