Locums Firm Bolsters Its Business Approach with New VP Hire

Floyd Lee Locums is proud to announce the addition of Jennifer Schultheis to its senior leadership team. Schultheis will act as the organization’s vice president of business development, expanding the company’s ability to develop and grow partnerships across the healthcare marketplace.

In this role, Schultheis is charged with forming and executing the organization’s sales strategy and client expansion initiatives. She works across the senior leadership team to identify opportunities, advance relationships and evolve the way Floyd Lee Locums’ serves new facility partners across the country.

Before joining Floyd Lee Locums, Schultheis worked as National Sales Director at ProLink Healthcare, where she developed new business in behavioral health, acute, schools and state contracts. Prior to that, she was Regional Vice President of Supplemental Health Care, where she oversaw a $65M region, 60 leaders, and managed operations and sales in the Northeast.
