On Tuesday 5th November, Globe Locums was a proud sponsor of the NHS Workforce Summit, hosted by the Convenzis Group . The event featured impactful discussions from leading voices in healthcare, including Emma Dawes, Sue Brent, and special guest Mary Elizabeth Mancini from the USA.
A standout presentation by David Downey from the East of England NHS Workforce Alliance highlighted the pressures on contingent workforce models in London, with insights on rising bank spend, staffing shortages, and innovative solutions like international recruitment and retraining.
