The lockdown

The lock down during this coronavirus 'crisis' has been extended in a few countries while in others, it's just starting. This is a unique time to many, although, not for all.

Being at home, without almost going out. We cannot carry our lives as usual, limited shopping, no parties, meetings, events... in some cases not even a job. It's not easy.

However, the way we go through this time cannot be decided by any government or third party. This decision belong to us, to each of us, to me. I can chose to despair, complain, cry, fill my time with unnecessary noise. Otherwise, I can chose to make the most of it. Going deeper and using the time to 'meet' myself, think, meditate, reflect... 

Let's forget about running around as we do always, now we might have a different time in our hands. This is precious.

Meantime, let's think and maybe pray - if you believe there is someone up there above us, looking after and loving us- for all those who are still giving up their lives to help others. So many thousands and million of people globally. Let's always think and or pray for those who are struggling with a dying relative or friend, for those who are dying alone and in despair, for so many people who are struggling to live (slaves, immigrants, homeless, addicts, victims of violence, etc).

Let's use our precious time properly, we might regret it later. Let's help whoever is struggling (being aware there are so many different ways to help). This coronavirus 'crisis' could be our opportunity to start changing, to start helping this world to be a better world, to find peace in our hearts.
