For this Sunday, a few of my favourite themes from TV of yesteryear.
Obviously I'm far too young to remember many of them at the time of broadcast. Or to have actually been alive.
Hmm.
Not an artificial Top 10, 20 etc, I'll stop when I've run out of tunes.
First up - three tunes from that wonderfully eccentric BBC show for hearing impaired children - Vision On:
Also used in Vision On, but first it was the theme for Anthony 'What Kind of Fool Am I?' Newley's meta ITV sitcom The Strange World of Gurney Slade (1960).
