There are ethical and practical challenges associated with supplying immunity certificates. Personal Data issues lay at the forefront of concerns but in extraordinary times, unusual solutions may need consideration. As a supplier to the Events Sector for over fifteen years the issue of identifying legitimate attendees at any type of ticketed event is or focus. Our specific expertise rests with RFID (radio frequency identification) technology that has particular benefits in that the chip can be written to and read without any connectivity. This lays to rest a wide range of concerns regarding the protection of personal data. It is possible to address the registration, issue and scanning of large numbers of RFID Cards for 100K Capacity plus events in the same way that immunity certificates could be issued to millions of individuals.

At the point of vaccination an RFID (Bank Card dims) would be programmed with the individuals name, date of vaccination and type of vaccination. The Cards would be generic without any names or photos.

The information written onto the RFID Card would be encrypted so only approved scanners would be able to read the content.

To scan the cards smart phones would download an approved app able to decode the Card's information. No communication over networks are required to read the content.

Every time a card is scanned the card is date and time stamped to aid future audits for trend analysis, tracing etc.

The entire events sector is expert and able to deploy, manage, service and train such a deployment at short notice, a move that would provide valuable employment to a sector that is chronic need of it.
