Local Shop/Market : "Prompt execution of Management Jargon"
Whenever I visit local market/ Shop , it really refreshes the executions of many management jargons which are highly discussed & brainstorm words among the corporates.
We could observe simpler & efficient execution of two big words i.e. Customer connect & implementation of Win -Win negotiation deal.
Customer or Humanly Connect during the purchase in local shop: We could see our local "Vegetable / kirana wala bhaiya " is completely updated on selection and preferences of ours and it boosts sense of self for customers . , we feel psychologically obliged for not to visit the adjacent shop even tough they have more verities
Does not it simplify highly discussed word "customer connect" - "understanding the customer need and manifesting that in your gesture during the window of purchase"
Corporates today spend substantial amount of budget for establishing "customer connect ",
I think leaders / managers need to first revalidate " are the sales force capable enough to entice or boost customer's feeling of self ?"
If not, realigning them should be the first priority even before implementation of several other strategies
Creating Win win Psychology - at the end of purchase , vegetable vendor closes the sales transaction at the note of winning psychologically for customers i.e. putting coriander leaves and chilies in the bag as well as discount of some odd amount ( 5-7 rupee) , it leaves the customer in the feeling of realized Win
Grocery shop delivers the stuffs promptly if we mention the the word " Guest at home" again our sense of self boosted as sellers understand our urgency to portray best for "Guest at home "
We as a manager ,also need learn to ensure that each of our daily transaction must have the element of "Customer/ Stakeholder Connect" as well as creation of Win win Psychology for counterpart !
